Bites better. Splits less.
T-FAST® Plus – The latest generation of wood screws
With T-FAST® Plus, EJOT has developed the next generation of wood screws with an innovative, distinctive screw tip. The new T-FAST® Plus bears the CE mark in accordance with the newly issued ETA 24/0816 and offers a unique processing experience: fast tip bite, easy screw control and significantly reduced wood splitting ensure safe and efficient working – both in the workshop and on the construction site.
The T-FAST® Plus was unveiled to the public for the first time at the DACH+HOLZ International trade fair at the end of February 2026 It can be used in a variety of ways to connect and fasten components made of wood, wood-based materials and sheet steel to components made of wood and wood-based materials in load-bearing and non-load-bearing areas. These applications can be found, for example, in roof trusses, when fastening plates on ceiling joists, planking on substructures (e.g. in wall structures), and in all other standard tasks carried out by roofers and carpenters. These applications can be found, for example, in roof trusses, when securing underlay boards to ceiling joists, when fixing cladding to substructures (e.g. in wall construction), and in all other standard tasks carried out by roofers and carpenters.
The wood screw is available in the JW2 version, made of carbon steel with galvanic zinc coating, and in the JW4 version, made of CRC II stainless steel or A2 stainless steel, both with a lubricating coating. The T-FAST® Plus JW4, made of stainless steel, is the first wood screw from EJOT to meet service class 3 requirements for exposed applications.
All T-FAST® Plus wood screws feature an optimised thread geometry for improved prevention of screw over-tightening with short screws and accelerated processing with long screws They are available as fully threaded and partially threaded screws and are fitted with a TX drive. This ensures simple and controlled processing without a cam-out effect. The end mill at the transition to the non-threaded fastener shaft reduces the installation torque and simplifies the installation process.
