With T-FAST® Plus, EJOT has developed the next generation of wood screws with an innovative, distinctive screw tip. T-FAST® Plus offers a unique processing experience: fast tip bite, easy screw control and significantly reduced wood splitting ensure safe and efficient working – both in the workshop and on the construction site.

T-FAST® Plus can be used in a variety of ways to connect and fasten components made of wood, wood-based materials and sheet steel to components made of wood and wood-based materials in load-bearing and non-load-bearing areas.

Application range

Roof: truss rafter to purlin
Beam layer: plate on ceiling joists
Wall structure: planking on substructure
Interior finishing: substructure fastening

T-FAST® Plus JW2 carbon steel wood screws are protected against corrosion by galvanic zinc coating. In load-bearing areas, they may be used in service class 1 (heated interior). T-FAST® Plus JW2 wood screws with d > 4.0 mm may also be used in service class 2 (roofed, non-weathered area with contact to the outside air) according to DIN EN 1995-1-1.

T-FAST® Plus JW4 stainless steel wood screws may be used in service class 3 (weathered areas under suitable environmental conditions). Exceptions are structures with increased corrosion requirements such as swimming pools or industrial plants with increased corrosive strain.
