Operational Excellence-Team (OPEX)

OPEX Inhouse Consulting

EJOT's Operational Excellence Team (OPEX) supports all areas of the group with its activities to optimize and standardize processes. Processes and systems are constantly optimized across the entire value chain. The focus: increasing productivity and quality, reducing costs.

Based in Germany, the team works on projects all over the (EJOT) world and is divided into the OPEX Lean Management and OPEX Digital divisions.

OPEX Lean Management

The OPEX Lean Management team carries out projects and workshops both in production and in indirect areas of the company. The activities pursue the goal of implementing the corporate strategy in all areas and are intended to help achieve the highest quality, lowest costs, and shortest throughput times as well as the highest delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.

The area of responsibility includes process optimization as well as workshops for employee qualification, training, and CIP projects.

OPEX Digital

Our digitalization experts in the OPEX Digital division are the link between the lean management trainers as process optimizers from the lean world and the new digital possibilities offered by Industry 4.0 applications.

We see digitalization as an additional tool in the lean management toolbox. Digital solutions support employees in carrying out their activities, create transparency and thus save time, which can then be used for value-adding activities.
