What you can expect

From the beginning onwards you will get to know the managers of the EJOT Holding and learn more about our vision, products and locations. At the same time you can make first contacts with employees from other areas and develop networks. This extensive start-up training is the basis for your career at EJOT. You don’t just learn about your own department and its functions, but instead you receive a complete overview of the company with its different business units and divisions. Especially during this phase you will be accompanied by a tutor in your department. During regular feedbacks you will talk with your supervisor about the mutual impressions regarding achievement and cooperation. What we expect

We have high expectations on our employees; after all we are jointly responsible for EJOT’s success. We expect a high level of responsibility, motivation and dedication. To be accepted at EJOT the respective requirements from the job listing have to be fulfilled and in general we attach great importance to the following skills:

You have successfully finished commercial or technical vocational training or studies
You have good knowledge of the MS-Office application programmes
You have a basic knowledge of SAP / R3
You have very good command of the English language
(additional foreign languages are beneficial)
