What you can expect
For 12 months you will be deployed in various functions and business units as well as different locations. You will undergo an intensive on-the-job training and experience an interesting mix of day-to-day business and different projects. Because of this dual concept you will be able to use your existent skills as well as further optimise them.
We are a global company with over 25 subsidiaries. As a future international expert or executive you will be deployed to at least one of these 25 foreign locations. This is the first step to an international career.
The trainee programme is supplemented by a targeted promotion of the young talents. In addition to the professional competence a sophisticated off-the-job training with seminars and workshops will supplement and strengthen your methodical and social skills.
In addition to your department supervisor you will be supported by a personal tutor who accompanies and advises you in your decisions. With the tutor you define the objectives you want to reach during all single stations in the company. At the end of every station you will receive a detailed feedback from your tutor and the department supervisor. This way you can control your path as a trainee and prepare for a possible subsequent career at EJOT.
What we expect
We have high expectations on our trainees, after all they are the experts and managers of tomorrow. The trainee programme demands a high level of responsibility, motivation and dedication. In order to be considered for our trainee programme you should fulfill the following prerequisites:
- You have finished your studies with above-average grades
- You have completed multiple internships during the course of your studies
- You have gained international experience through studies or internships abroad
- You are willing to change locations during the trainee programme
- You have very good command of the English language
(additional foreign languages are beneficial) - You have good knowledge of the MS-Office application programmes
- You have a basic knowledge of SAP / R3
In addition to these skills we are just as interested in your social competence. We appreciate employees with strong communication skills, creativity, corporate sense and team spirit. We are looking forward to applicants from various backgrounds.

We don't just ask for your flexibility, we are very flexible ourselves. For that reason there is no set date for the trainee programme. The programme starts with the right person. Please apply early before the end of your studies, since we value a trusting and complete application process.
