With its patented STR principle EJOT has developed a unique fastening system. The anchor plates for establishing a homogenous surface without additional work are countersunk into the insulation and covered with an insulation cap.
 
 
 

Easy installation

Why the STR principle?

For long-lasting beautiful facades
Regarding conventional fastening of insulation boards in ETICS, the anchor plates bear on the surface of the insulation. The countersunk installation according to the STR principle with cap provides for homogenous surfaces and even rendering.

For all substructures
The ejotherm STR U is the first 8 mm ETICS anchor with European approval for concrete and all building materials (use categories A-E). For fastenings on wooden materials and metal sheets we provide ejotherm STR H. Both anchors are installed with the same STR tool. Only the bit needs to be exchanged in a few steps.

For all insulation materials
ejotherm STR U and ejotherm STR H may either be installed countersunk with the STR cap according to the STR principle as well as plain with the surface (with STR plug and an additional plate if necessary). This way an adaptation to all commonly used types of insulation is possible.
