The first step You are in the middle of, or have just finished your technical and/or commercial course of studies and want to use your theoretical knowledge in practice, gain first work experience or are looking for an interesting and challenging diploma project? In the frame of a 3-6 months long internship or diploma project at EJOT you will get the opportunity to experience the everyday life in an industrial establishment as well as get to know your own strength and potentials in the work life. What you can expect
During your internship you will be deployed in the field of your studies where you will actively partake in the day-to-day business as well as current projects. You will be supported by a tutor in your department who will supervise and accompany you during your time at EJOT. At the end of your internship you will receive a detailed feedback from him or her, which will help you to plan your professional development. Current internships are listed here [Link]:
Internships abroad are basically possible at EJOT. The prerequisite for this is a successfully finished domestic internship as well as current demand from one of our subsidiaries.
We provide topics in many areas for selected diploma projects. In close coordination between yourself and your Professor you will develop a practical concept on the basis of a detailed current analysis as well as possibly accompany the first implementation steps. You will be supported by a tutor in your department who will supervise and accompany you during your time at EJOT. At the end of your project you will receive a detailed feedback from him or her, which will help you to plan your professional development.

What we expect
We have high expectations on our employees. The same holds true for the interns and graduates. We expect a high level of responsibility, independence and a profitable cooperation within a team. In order for you to be accepted as an intern or graduate at EJOT you should fulfil the following prerequisites:
- You are willing to invest 3 – 6 months, full-time, in your internship or graduate/diploma project.
- You have good knowledge of the MS-Office application programmes
- You have a basic knowledge of SAP / R3
- Especially important for internships abroad: You have very good command of the English language
(additional foreign languages are beneficial)
In addition to these skills we are just as interested in your social competence. We appreciate employees with strong communication skills, creativity, corporate sense and team spirit. We are looking forward to applicants from various backgrounds.
