We are dedicated to health and safety in the workplace as well as the contentedness of our employees.

Regular trainings in the prevention of accidents are a matter of course and our facilities conform to all current safety standards.

We are also involved in various projects which are concerned with the well-being of our staff.

For example, we support and financially sponsor gym sports classes in cooperation with the health insurance funds. Furthermore targeted discussions are held with our older employees in order to implement improvements and optimisations in the workplace and the work environment.

In connection with the development of various, trendsetting employee promotional programmes at EJOT, as for example the project of the personnel department “family-friendly company”, stands the participation in the project LagO (“Länger arbeiten in gesunden Organisationen“ / “To work longer in a healthy organisation”) of the Federal Office for Occupational Health and Safety at Work.
