Executive Development

Our executive and managerial staff contributes considerably to the company success through their independent and responsible actions as well as their active personnel management. For this it is necessary to understand the responsibility for others and consequently pursue a personal development. We support our employees and executives in these tasks through targeted trainings. Together we develop individual methods, and attractive career models – also on an international level - round off the programme.

Another important building block of the personnel development programme is JUNIOR-PEP, where the participants are prepared for subsequent expert and executive functions through schooling and accompanying coaching sessions. The development of networks is the focus of the measure, in addition to expanding the practical experience beyond the current area of operation. Here the participants are supported by the management, who pass on their experience to the group during so called fireside chats.
