EJOT^® The Quality Connection. This slogan gets to the heart of our company's policy. On one hand, it reflects the uncompromising efforts made to achieve the highest possible levels of product quality. On the other hand, it underlines the facts that, apart from the purely technical aspect, the human relationships both inside and outside the company are just as important.

We are aware of this responsibility. Some years ago we established a Quality Management System that meets the highest expectations and puts the preventive error avoidance into the foreground. We keep improving the systems according to future requirements. In compliance with ISO/TS 16949:2002, which combines the automotive standards VDA6.1 and QS9000 into one single standard, we have adapted our quality documentation to focus on processes. We document this in recurring audits.

A cornerstone of our error-avoidance strategy is the extensive transfer of responsibility to individuals.The philosophy of Total Quality Mangement (TQM) plays a big role at EJOT. Our procedures are continually analysed and further improved in TQM circles.
